M12 West

Project Summary:

The M12 Motorway project forms a key part of the Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan. The Western Sydney Infrastructure Plan is a joint initiative of the Australian and NSW governments to fund a $4.4 billion road and transport program for Western Sydney and is designed to capitalise on the economic benefits of the Western Sydney Airport as part of an integrated transport solution for the Western Sydney region.

Subterra Civil was engaged by CPB GG JV as a trusted delivery partner on the M12 West project, supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure works across the Airport Access Road, M12/M7 interchange and sections of the M12 Motorway West corridor.

Our scope of works included stormwater drainage installation incorporating transverse and pavement drainage systems, utilities installation, specialised plant and labour hire, stormwater CCTV investigations and trenchless pipe repair solutions.

Working across multiple active workfronts within a constrained construction program, Subterra Civil successfully delivered complex drainage and utility works while maintaining productivity, safety and quality outcomes. The project involved challenging deep excavation works in sections, requiring careful planning, coordination and experienced crews to safely execute works within tight delivery timeframes.

Through close collaboration with CPB GG JV, Subterra Civil provided responsive project support and reliable delivery capability across critical stages of the project, reinforcing our reputation as a dependable partner on major infrastructure developments throughout New South Wales.
